Event Details
3-Day Yoga Camp
Location: Netherlands
Dates: 19-21.06.2026
Participation
Participation in all activities is voluntary and at the participant’s own responsibility.
Participants confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to take part in yoga sessions.
Payment
Full payment is required to secure a spot in the event.
Prices are stated per participant.
VAT may apply according to Dutch tax regulations.
Cancellation by Participant
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your participation, the following terms apply:
- Up to 45 days before the event: full refund
- 30–44 days before the event: 25% of the total fee will be retained
- 14–29 days before the event: 50% of the total fee will be retained
- Less than 14 days before the event: no refund possible
You are always welcome to transfer your spot to another person at no additional cost.
If you are unable to attend, you may show that no or significantly lower costs were incurred.
Cancellation by Organizer
If the event must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
Liability
The organizer is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages occurring during the event, except in cases of gross negligence.
Program Changes
The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program if necessary.
